InCanva

The InCanva program uses the SVG file format in its operations. The results of users' work are initially saved in this format and then converted to PDF format. The storage of typography templates, from which users prepare their layouts, also uses a special version of this format called svg-json.

SVG (Scalable Vector Graphics) is a markup language for scalable vector graphics, intended for describing two-dimensional vector and mixed vector/raster graphics.

SVG allows three types of graphic objects: vector graphic shapes (such as paths consisting of straight lines and curves), bitmap images, and text. Graphical objects can be grouped, styled, transformed and composited into previously rendered objects.

Features

Scalability — SVG is a vector format. It is possible to increase any part of the SVG image without losing quality.

The use of raster graphics in SVG documents is widely available. It is possible to provide elements with images in PNG, GIF or JPG formats. The text in SVG graphics is text, not an image, so it can be edited and copied.

SVG is an open standard. Unlike some other formats, SVG is not anyone's property.
